Senior forward Joe Brown averaged 20 points and eight rebounds per game while shooting 57 percent (17-30) from the floor in a 1-1 week for the men’s basketball team. He scored 16 points and grabbed eight boards in an 82-81 overtime win at Hood, and in the process became the fourth 1,000-point scorer in NCAA Division III era of the program. He is averaging 14.8 points and 4.8 rebounds per game through the team’s first four contests of the season.
