INTERVIEWS: Members of the media wishing to conduct an interview with an Arcadia coach, student-athlete, or staff member should direct their request to the Athletic Communications Office AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Any requests made inside the 48-hour period will be accommodated, if possible.

VISITING MEDIA: If you wish to have a visiting radio broadcast from an Arcadia University athletic event, you must notify the Athletic Communications Office AT LEAST two business days prior to the event. Any requests inside the two-day period will be accommodated, if possible. Arcadia Athletics does not allow visiting schools to live video stream any of the Knights' home contests.

PHOTOGRAPHY: All photographers at Arcadia home athletic events must be approved by the Athletic Communications Office prior to being granted access. It is preferred that your request be made AT LEAST two business days prior to the event. Requests made the day of the event will be granted to credentialed media members only. All other photographers will be denied.

In addition, ONLY credentialed photographers will be allowed to photograph within the playing surface at Arcadia athletic events. If you are traveling to Arcadia with a visiting team, we will need to have notice from that institution that you are their official designated photographer for that event. Otherwise, you will not be permitted onto the playing surface.

Parents and others who are not contracted photographers with either participating institutions, the conference office, or the NCAA will not be allowed onto the playing surface under any circumstances.
