Sophomroe Eric Lam set two individual school records and was a member of two record-setting relays at the 2014 ECAC Winter Championships, leading Arcadia to a sixth-place finish. He broke his own school records in the 200 backstroke with a 10th-place time of 1:57.79 and the 200 breaststroke with a 13th-place time of 2:16.58. Lam was also a member of the record-setting 200 medley relay (1:41.89/7th) and 400 medley relay (3:40.02/6th) teams. He also placed in the top-10 in the 400 IM, placing seventh with a time of 4:14.21. His individual events accounted for 66 of Arcadia's 380 points.
