Givone opened the second day of the ECAC Championships setting the Arcadia record in the 200 yard breaststroke at 2:13.57; he finished the event in seventh place. he was a member of the Knights’ fifth place 800 yard freestyle relay team that finished with a time of 7:18.68. The rookie tied for fifth in the 100 yard breaststroke with Division II Adelphia’s J.V. Sarabia touching the wall just shy of a program record at 1:00.69. Givone was part of the fifth place 400 yard medley relay team that finished in 3:39.99. His individual performance finished with a 13th place finish in the 400 yard individual medley (4:30.94) and a 17th place finish in the 200 yard individual medley (2:04.45).
