Hanak advanced to the semifinals in the No. 4 singles bracket of the MAC Individual Championships. He took down Misericordia's Cyrus Torres 8-0 in the first round before ousting second-seeded Jason Dubinsky of FDU-Florham 6-2, 7-6 (7-3) to advance to the semifinals.
