Fisher led Arcadia to its second straight Diamond City Invitational championship as he won the 200 freestyle (1:46.80) and placed second in the 500 freestyle (4:53.23) and 1,650 freestyle (17:31.58) events. He was also a member of the champion 400 Yard Freestyle Relay (3:15.31), the second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:30.40), the fifth-fastest 400 medley relay (3:49.54) and the the seventh-fastest 200 freestyle relay (1:33.32).
