Sophomore Mary Pat Murray was a bright spot for the Knights this week as she pitched a combined 9.1 innings, striking out five and giving up five hits, while allowing just one unearned run. The Bellmawr, N.J. native holds a 1-1 record for the week, after starting and pitching a complete game shutout against Washington College where she allowed three hits while striking out five batters as Arcadia picked up a 2-0 victory. Her second appearance of the week came in relief against Webster, where she went 2.1 innings, allowing two hits and one unearned run.
