Erin Vander Plaat scored twice in the Knights' 2-0 win over Muhlenberg on Sunday afternoon. Her first goal of the season came on a left-footed strike in the 24th minute and staked the Knights to a 1-0 lead. She added an insurance goal with under two minutes to play a Arcadia remained unbeaten on the season (3-0-1).
