Junior midfielder CJ McDonnell (Glenwood, IL/Homewood- Flossmoor) has played an instrumental role in helping the women's soccer team to a 5-1-1 overall record.  Going 2-0 with wins over Gwynedd-Mercy and Cabrini last week, the Knight's defense has strong-armed its opponents into turnovers through the midfield, allowing the offense to take control.  The Knights have allowed their opponents just 4 goals to date with 4 shutouts since the season began.  McDonnell picked up an assist in the Knight's 2-0 win over Cabrini on Saturday.
