Taylor Fritz made an impact on both sides of the court in the women's opening series. The senior forward averaged 12.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.5 blocks in two victories over Delaware Valley University. Fritz recorded a double-double in the season opener with 14 points and 10 rebounds with one block and two steals. She then continued her success in the squad's home opener with 10 points, seven rebounds, two blocks and two steals. Fritz is tied for fourth in the MAC Freedom in blocks per game.
