Simpson belted out 10 hits, scored 7 runs, drove in 4 (RBI), was walked 6 times and went 6 for 7 on stolen base attempts in 8 starts.
Against Commonwealth rival Alvernia, he batted .500 going 5 for 10 with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI and 2 stolen bags, helping the Knights to defeat the Crusaders at home on Saturday.
Batting .333 on the year to date, Simpson lead the team in stolen bases (8-9), walks (12), is second in both hits (16) and runs scored (12) and tied for thrid overall in RBI (7) all while committing just 1 error in the field through 16 games.
