The Blue Jays improved to 6-5-2 overall and 3-1-0 in the conference with the win, while the Knights fell to 6-7-1 overall and 2-2-0 in conference games with the loss.
Junior midfielder Kyle Fowler (White Marsh, Md.) opened the scoring for Elizabethtown with a low liner from just inside the box 10:35 into the match with his second goal of the season, and junior back David Boretti (Garmisch, Germany) made it 2-0 in favor of the Blue Jays three minutes later when he launched a shot from some 25 yards out the hooked just inside the left post and out of the reach of senior keeper

Arcadia was much improved after that and generated several quality scoring chances, but were unable to find the back of the net.
