Volleyball Falls to #20 Stevenson, 3-0

Box Score GLENSIDE, PA (Oct. 2, 2013) - The Arcadia University Volleyball team fell to the 20th ranked team in the country, Stevenson University, 3-0 on Wednesday evening inside the Kuch Center.  The loss drops the Knights to 6-6 overall and 1-5 in Commonwealth play while the Mustangs stay unbeaten with a perfect 23-0 overall record and a 4-0 Commonwealth record. 

The Mustangs came out of the gates strong from the start handing the Knights a 25-13 loss in set one and a 25-15 loss in set two.  The Knights would come alive in set three taking the Mustangs to the wire 25-22. 

Junior Natalie Cadmus had a solid night for Arcadia recording 7 kills and 8 digs.  Sophomore Christina Flora-Karnavas contributed 4 kills while junior Taylor Hoover chipped in 14 assists for the Knights.  The Mustangs were led by Jenna Campbell with 10 kills and 7 digs.  

The Knights will travel to Rutgers-Camden on Saturday for a non-conference match-up slated for 10 AM.
