Box Score Doylestown, PA (Oct. 28, 2013) - The Arcadia University Volleyball team suffered a non-conference sweep at Delaware Valley College Monday evening. Set scores were 25-23, 25-16 and 25-15. The loss put the Knights at 6-13 overall with one match remaining.

The first set was tight as it was tied on four different occasions, including at 23-23. The Aggies got the next two points to wrap up the set. Set two was all Delaware Valley thanks to a .333 hitting percentage. In the third set, the Knights had a 11-9 lead before the Aggies ran off 10 straight points and 16 of the final 20 to clinch the match.

The Knights were led by freshman Makenna Micklus with 8 kills. Junior Natalie Cadmus added 6 kills and 14 digs. Freshman Alexia Bell dished out 17 assists.

Arcadia will host their final match of the season against Commonwealth opponent Albright College on Wednesday inside the Kuch Center at 7 PM. The Knights will honor two seniors, Melissa D'Arcangelo and Veronika Bailey.
