Box Score Cheltenham, PA (March 5, 2013) - The Arcadia University Knights (2-2-1) played to a 6-6 tie with the Centenary College Cyclones (5-6-1) this afternoon after the game was called after nine due to darkness.
Nick Petroski went 2-5 in the game with a run scored and two RBI.
After a scoreless first, Centenary got on the board in the second, scoring three runs, one unearned to take a 3-0 lead. The Cyclones then added a fourth run in the third. Arcadia then put up a four spot in their half of the third as

George Pagan on a groundout. Petroski then hit a two run single and
Jay Zehring scored on a wild pitch to tie the game at four going to the fourth.
Centenary went back in front in the fourth, scoring an unearned run. Arcadia tied the game in the fifth on an RBI single by Pagan, but the Cyclones went back in front with a run in the sixth to take a 6-5 lead. Arcadia tied the game at six in the bottom of the seventh, scoring an unearned run. Neither team could push across the winning run and the game ended tied at six.
Arcadia will now head to Myrtle Beach, SC for the Ripken Experience. Their first game is on Friday as they play a doubleheader against Mount Aloyisius.
