Box Score READING, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's soccer team locked up a spot in next week's Commonwealth Conference Championship Tournament with a 2-0 conference victory at Albright College Tuesday night. The Knights improved to 9-5-2 overall and 4-2-1 in conference play with their third consecutive shutout win, and
will face Lycoming College in the conference semifinals November 6, with the time and location to be determined.
Arcadia can claim the No. 2 seed with a win over top-ranked Messiah and a loss by the Warriros to Widener Saturday. Lycoming can secure the No. 2 seed and home field advantage with a win or tie against the Pride, or an Arcadia loss or tie to Messiah.
Lycoming hosts the Pride at 2:30 p.m., while the Knights host the Falcons at 4 p.m. at Easton Field.Tonight's game was scoreless in the opening half, but it didn't take long for Arcadia to get on the board in the second as senior midfielder
Alex Wells converted a penalty kick 1:09 into the frame for his fifth goal of the season. It also proved to be his third game-winner of the season and was his second game-winning tally in three games.
The score remained 1-0 in the Knights favor until the final minute of play when freshman forward
Zach Pina scored his second goal of the year off a feed from sophomore forward
Ricardo Margolles, who picked up his third assist of the season on the play.

Chris Watson stopped both of the shots on goal he faced for Arcadia, improving his record to 3-0-0 with his third consecutive win and shutout of the year.
Junior keeper Austin Aldinger fell to 6-9-1 on the year for the Lions (6-12-1, 1-7-0 CC) after recording eight saves in the match.
The Knights had a 14-8 advantage in shots and a 10-2 advantage in shots on goal, while Albright held an 8-4 margin on corner kicks.
