Box Score OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Arcadia University women's soccer team suffered a 1-0 overtime loss to host Commonwealth Conference foe Stevenson University Saturday afternoon. It was the first conference match of the season for both teams. With the loss, the Knights drop to 8-3-0 overall while the Mustangs improve to 3-5-2.
The match remained scoreless through regulation and Stevenson registered the game winner in the 10th minute of overtime after the Mustangs were awarded a penalty kick. Senior midfielder/forward Meaghan Williams kicked in her third goal of the season to give Stevenson the 1-0 victory.
The Mustangs held the advantage both in shots, 18-10, and corner kicks, 9-5, for the match.

Veronica Willig made nine saves but suffered the loss in goal for Arcadia, dropping her record to 7-3 on the year. For Stevenson, freshman Tiffany McKee picked up the shutout win while making three saves in the match, improving her record to 2-2-1.
The Knights will return to action Tuesday when they take on Goucher College for a 7 p.m. non-conference match at Goucher.
