The leaded exchanged hands several time in the first half and the Blazers held a narrow 20-19 lead after a layup from Briscoe with 2:41 left in the period, but that proved to be their final lead of the game. Arcadia opened the second half with a 10-4 run that was capped by a free throw from Caligiuri four minutes into the frame, and used a seven-point run open a game-high 17-point margin after Caligiuri knocked down a jumper to make it 59-42 with 5:13 to go in the contest.
Hood cut the deficit to nine with an 11-3 run that was capped by a layup from sophomore guard Alexis Andrukat with 2:47 remaining to bring the score to 62-53, but that was the final bucket of the game for the Blazers and the Knights pulled away with eight straight at the line to close the game.
