Box Score IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's volleyball team suffered a 3-1 (22-25, 23-25, 25-22, 19-25) non-conference loss at Immaculata University Saturday afternoon, snapping its three-match winning streak and dropping its record to 5-2 on the season.
The Knights were led offensively by senior outside hitter
Natalie Cadmus, who posted a match-high 17 kills with 25 digs. Sophomore outside hitter
Makenna Micklus recorded 12 kills to go along with three digs, while sophomore setter
Alexia Bell dished out a match-high 38 assists with 11 digs and freshman libero
Sami Evans notched a match-high 31 digs.
Immaculata (7-0) was led by junior setter Jamie Rombach and junior middle hitter Stephanie Johler, who both posted double-digit kill totals with 13 and 10, respectively. Johler also recorded a match-high eight blocks for the Mighty Macs.
Sophomore setter Maranda Jones contributed a team-high 21 assists while freshmen outside hitters Arden Vizzard and Emily Swank led Immaculata with 19 and 18 digs, respectively.
The Knights will next travel to Williamsport when they open Commonwealth Conference play against Lycoming College on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. match.
