GRANTHAM, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-6) MAC Commonwealth match at Messiah College Tuesday night, dropping its record to 9-10 overall and 2-4 in conference play. The Falcons improved to 20-2 overall and 5-1 in conference play with their fourth straight win.
Kristen Douglas hit .389 with a match-high 10 kills and three errors on 18 attempts while registering a match-high six service aces to lead Messiah to the win. Hannah Baumer hit .571 with nine kills and one error in 14 attempts, while Taylor Hook hit .545 with seven kills and one error on 11 swings. Brooke Gallagher had 30 assists to go with seven digs, while hitting .714 with five kills on seven attack attempts.

Elizabeth Joseph had five kills to lead Arcadia, while classmate
Becca Campf had three kills on eight attempts for a .375 hitting percentage.
The Falcons hit .405 as a team with 41 kills and 11 errors on 74 attempts, while the Knight hit .119 with 14 kills and seven errors on 59 attempts.
Arcadia will be back in action Thursday when it hosts Washington College (Md.) at 7 p.m. at Alumni Gymnasium.
