Box Score GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (10-25, 10-25, 17-25) MAC Commonwealth match to visiting Stevenson University Wednesday night at Alumni Gymnasium. The first-place Mustangs improved to 23-7 overall and 7-0 in conference play, and secured the No. 1 seed in the upcoming conference tournament with the win.
Kelly McKenzie hit .857 with six kills on seven attempts to go along with a pair of blocks to lead Stevenson offensively, while Kelsey Stave hit .500 with five kills and one error on her eight swing with a pair of blocks. Sara Bollinger handed out 20 assists with seven digs.
Freshman
Sam Dulak led the Knights (9-14, 2-5 MACC) with five kills, two service aces and five digs, while classmate
Becca Campf added three kills. Junior
Nicolette Bonagura chipped in with two kills, two digs and one ace.
Arcadia will next compete in a quad-match hosted by Misericordia University Saturday. The Knights will open play against Summit University (11 a.m.) before taking on Goucher College (3 p.m.) and the host Cougars (5 p.m.)
