GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's soccer team returned home for the first time in two weeks falling 3-1 to Widener University.
Ryan Hammer got the Knights on the board early when he took a pass from
Bradley McKim around a charging keeper to score on an empty net. Widener tallied in the 50th, 54th and 56th minutes to take the win. Hammer led the Knights offense with seven total shots, four of which were on goal.
Chris Watson made six saves for Arcadia.
The Knights sit at 9-5-3, with a 2-2-2 conference record with two games remaining. The will host MAC Commonwealth rival Albright on Wednesday before finishing the season next Saturday at Hood.
