READING, Pa. – The Arcadia women's swimming team defeated Albright, 168-94 on Saturday.
Megan Hupp, paced the Knights, winning three events. Hupp won the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:01.49. Hupp also won the 100 yard freestyle (56.33) and the 500 yard freestyle (5:20.09).
Hupp was also on the winning relay team that won the 400 freestyle relay. She was joined by
Rachel Samson,
Claire Hamilton and
Madison McKay.
Samson won the 100 yard butterfly, touching the wall in 1:03.70. She also finished second in the 200 yard freestyle (2:03.60), and the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 2:26.22.
Madison McKay also was first in two events, the 50 yard freestyle and the 200 yard IM. She touched the wall in 25.96 in the 50 yard freestyle and in 2:20.71 in thr 200 yard IM. She was also apart of the winning relay teams in 200 yard medley relay joined by
Kenzie Myer,
Taylor Byers and Hamilton (1:56.54) and the winning relay team in the 400 freestyle relay. She was joined in that event by Samson, Hupp and Hamilton and posted a time of 3:51.09.
The Knights are back in action on Saturday, Nov. 10 when they host Franklin and Marshall at 1 p.m.
