Men’s Lacrosse Finishes Season with Loss to Lycoming

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa – Sophomore Clo Muscara registered three points for Arcadia men's lacrosse as it fell to Lycoming,12-6, to end the season Saturday.

FOR THE RECORD:
  • Arcadia ends its season at 6-8 and 2-6 in the MAC Commonwealth.
  • Lycoming improved to 9-6 and 5-3 in the conference.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
  • Sophomore Austin Williams gave the Knights a 1-0 lead when he scored unassisted in the first quarter. Muscara scored a pair of goals in the second frame to pull the Knights closer, but his team trailed 7-3 at the break.
  • Each team scored three goals in the third quarter with freshman JP Shaaber, senior Nick Ferraro and junior CJ Sherlock contributing for the Scarlet and Grey.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
  • Muscara put up three points, netting two goals and one assist.
  • Williams tallied a goal with one assist.
  • Sophomore Tanner Pajakinas registered an assist and four ground balls.
  • Junior Conor Cunningham picked up 10 ground balls while going 17-for-21 on faceoffs.
  • Shaaber had two points, one goal and one assist.
