GRANTHAM, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's swimming team continued on in its 2019-20 dual meet slate Saturday afternoon at Messiah, dropping a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) matchup to the Falcons, 142-119.
Madison McKay picked up the lone individual event victory for the Knights in the 100-yard freestyle (57.71) while also posting a season-best in the 50-yard event (25.79) in a runner-up effort.
INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
-The 200-yard freestyle relay team of McKay,
Claire Hamilton,
Bailey Babarsky and
Rachel Samson took the top spot at the podium with a time of 1:44.83.
-
Megan Hupp set a three season-bests in the meet, including the 200-yard (2:05.08), 500-yard (5:34.15) and 1,000-yard (11:25.26) freestyle events.
-Hamilton posted a pair of runner-up finishes in the 100-yard (58.57) and 200-yard (2:04.89) freestyle events.
-Samson set a season-best in the 200-yard breasstroke (2:38.09), placing second.
