OWINGS MILL, Md. – The No. 4 Arcadia men's tennis team fell at No. 1 Stevenson Tuesday afternoon, 5-0 in the MAC Commonwealth Championships.

In doubles action, the team of Ryan Stellato and Anthony Del Rio fell 8-1 at No. 3 doubles for the first point of the match. No. 1 saw Nicholas Simeone and Jaime Zeng Zhu battle, but lose 8-3. The second flight was the most competitive as John Zinzer and Drake Hanak forced an extra set, but ultimately lost 8-7(5), giving the Mustangs the 3-0 advantage.

In singles action, Zinzer was the first Knight defeated as he fell in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4. At the third flight, Stellato fought, but was defeated 7-5, 6-1, securing the 5-0 sweep and win for Stevenson.

The Knights' 2019 season ends at 7-12 after finishing 9-9 last year. Stevenson improves to 15-2 and will face the winner of No. 3 Messiah and No. 2 Lebanon Valley on Saturday for the Championship.
