Box Score 2 SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's volleyball team completed tournament play at Swarthmore Saturday afternoon, falling 3-1 in each of its two matches to SUNY Cortland and Rowan.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights fell behind early in the first set but managed to rally back to knot things at ten-all thanks to a 7-2 run capped off by a
Mackenzie Hale ace. Cortland countered with a 5-0 run of its own and stretched out its lead to as much as seven before taking the first set, 25-21.
-The two sides traded points in the early stages of the second set before the Knights jumped out to a 14-10 lead thanks to a
Shannon Ryan kill and a pair of Cortland attack errors. Cortland answered back to cut the deficit to one, but a 9-2 run put the Knights in complete control, 24-16, before
Allison Elechko's kill provided the set point.
-Cortland took the first seven points of the third set and, depsite getting within six points late, the Red Dragons regained the match lead with a 25-16 victory in the third.
-The Knights suffered a similar fate in the beginning of the fourth as Cortland raced out to a 6-0 lead, but a 6-0 run had Arcadia within two at 9-7 highlighted by kills from Ryan and
Michelle Frank. The Knights were unable to carry the momentum to take over the lead in the set, as Cortland sealed the match victory with a 25-21 decision in the fourth.
