GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University Hearthstone program completed week one of its second Tespa Open Split of the fall, as the Knights' A team picked up a 3-0 win over Cincinnati-Obsidian while the B team fell to Michigan Tech, 3-2.

ARCADIA (A) 3, CINCINNATI-OBSIDIAN 0
Pregame: The Knights A team of
Aidan Stuhltrager,
Joel Anderson, and
Henry Ryder aimed to finish the Tespa Open season with a .500 record. In order to do so, they need to win the final two weeks of the season.
Game 1: The Knights got off to a good start in the series by taking the win with their enrage warrior over the quest warlock of the opposition.
Game 2: The Knights won a close match on their face hunter list to jump out to a 2-0 lead in the series.
Game 3: The Knights had the perfect opening hand and won game three in four turns on the back of a 16/16, turn three Edwin VanCleef to sweep the series.
ARCADIA (B) 2, MICHIGAN TECH 3
Pregame: The Knights B team of
Mason Cole,
Xavier Dube, and
Corey Klevan needed to win-out on the season for a chance to make playoffs.
Game 1: The Knights dropped game one as their stealth rogue could not get the win over Totem Shaman.
Game 2: The Knights fought back in game two and got the win with their face hunter over the resurrect priest of Michigan Tech.
Game 3: The stealth rogue of the Knights jumped out to a quick lead and didn't look back as it got the win over the resurrect priest once again.
Game 4: Michigan Tech battled back on the resurrect priest and evened up the series at two-all by besting the Quest druid of the Knights.
Game 5: The Knights lost a tough game five to the soul demon hunter list of Michigan Tech who played very well to be able to secure the win and a 3-2 series victory.
