READING, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's swimming team put together a complete effort Saturday afternoon at Albright to pick up a Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) dual meet win, as
Julia Stephens and
Risa Krauss each won two individual events to pace the Knights.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Knights began the meet in a big way with a convincing win in the 200-yd medley relay as
Julia Stephens,
Risa Krauss,
Emily Raedisch, and
Sarah Ritter clocked a time of 1:55.25 - over eight seconds clear of the second-place finisher.
-Stephens went on to win the 100-yd backstroke with a winning time of 1:02.16 before Krauss claimed the top spot in the 100-yd breaststroke at 1:10.14, finishing five seconds ahead of the field. Stephens also came away victorious in the 100-yd freestyle, touching the wall first at 56.17.

Nicole Belber claimed the top spot on the podium in the 200-yd breaststroke, clocking a time of 2:48.90.
Olivia Hyde followed suit in the 100-yd butterfly with a winning time of 1:04.40.
-Krauss picked up her second individual win of the meet in the 400-yd individual medley (5:06.04) before the foursome of Ritter, Raedisch,
Jess Rodgers, and Stephens earned the win in the 200-yd freestyle relay with a time of 1:46.31 to conclude the event.
