UTICA, NY - The Arcadia University men's ice hockey team fell to Utica College, 12-1, as the team opened a two-game road trip on Friday night.
Carson Asper tallied the Knights lone goal with his second score of the season off an assist from
Connor Dennis.
HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ Â
- The Knights fell into an early hole after surrendering four first period goals. Utica tallied the game's first eight goals, which included two power play goals.
- Asper put the Knights on the board with the team's lone tally with nine minutes remaining in the second period. The goal marked Asper's second of the season, while Dennis earned his first point with an assist.
- Utica closed the game with four-straight goals as it cruised to a 12-1 victory.
Fletcher Bolda made a team-high 21 saves for the Knights, while
Lucas Brine made 19 saves.Â
