CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's tennis team dropped its season-opening match at DeSales Saturday, 0-9.

DOUBLES RESULTS
-Jonathan Noble and Josh Noble batled in their first collegiate match alongside each other but came up just short at first doubles, 5-8.
-Luke Thatcher and Francis Tamesis fell at second doubles, 0-8.
-Tim Zeng and Logan Davis were defeated at third, 1-8.

SINGLES RESULTS
-Jonathan Noble put up a good fight at first singles, but was ultimately defeated 3-6, 2-6.
-Josh Noble was taken down in his first action at second singles, 0-6, 0-6.
-Tamesis was dropped at third singles, 0-6, 2-6.
-Thatcher was defeated by his counterpart at fourth singles, 2-6, 0-6.
-Zeng fell in straight sets at fifth, 0-6, 0-6.
-Davies lost his first match at sixth, 0-6, 0-6.

Arcadia (0-1) travels to Stevenson Saturday for its second dual match of the season.
