GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's soccer team fell to Lynchburg, 4-1, on Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field on Saturday afternoon.
Rachael Mahlau-Heinert and Morgan Giordano both recorded two shots on the afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Both teams recorded early corner kicks. The Hornets scored their first goal in the 10th minute as a shot from outside the box found the back of the net.

In the 22nd minute, Lynchburg scored its second goal of the game. The Hornets scored two more goals in the next five minutes to give them a four-goal advantage.

The two teams played an even second half that saw the Knights outshoot Lynchburg, 7-4.
