WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's ice hockey team shut out King's, 7-0, on Monday afternoon at Revolution Ice Centre.
Four Knights recorded three points in the game, including Morganne Dee who found the back of the net twice in the win. Six players for Arcadia found the back of the net and 11 total players recorded a point. Karahkwenhawe White dished out three assists to give her 11 points for the season.
First year goaltender Sophia Szelag made 16 saves in the shutout victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED

The Knights scored two goals withing the first two minutes of the first period. Ariel Williamson scored her third goal of the season just 39 seconds into the game, and Morganne Dee scored her first goal of the game and third of the season 1:57 into the period.

The lone goal of the second period was scored by Drew Kuretsky on the power play. It was Kuretsky's second goal of the season.

Arcadia exploded for four goals in the final 20 minutes. Campbell Torrey scored her second goal of the season. Dee then scored her second goal of the game, which was followed by Bridgit Terry on the power play just over two minutes later. It was Terry's third goal of the season. The final Arcadia goal was scored by Berklee Hibbard on the power play for her fourth goal of the game.
