Men's Soccer Ties Wilkes in Season Finale

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's soccer team drew, 1-1, with Wilkes in its season-finale on Saturday afternoon.  

The Knights conclude the 2022 season with an 8-5-6 record and a 2-3-3 record in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play.  

Ethan Torpey scored for the Knights to increase his season total to four goals.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

  • The teams played a scoreless opening 45 minutes to go into halftime at 0-0. 

  • Torpey scored in the 52nd minute to give Arcadia a 1-0 lead. 

  • Wilkes equalized in the 79th minute.
