King's Edges Men's Tennis in Close Match
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team fell in a close Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) match at King's College by a 6-3 final on Saturday afternoon.
The Knights fell to 3-4 overall and 1-4 in league play.
The No. 1 doubles team of
Elias Duthinh and
Jonathan Noble to an 8-4 victory.
Noble took a dominating 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles.
Matthew Nagy was victorious at No. 4 singles 6-1, 6-4.
Ryan Salmon fell at No. 5 singles in a tie breaker, 3-6, 7-5, 4-6.
Arcadia returns to the court on Wednesday when it will host Rowan College of Gloucester County for a 3:30 p.m. non-conference match.
