MADISON, N.J. - The Arcadia University women's volleyball team opened up Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play with a 3-0 victory over FDU-Florham on Wednesday night.
With the win, the Knights won their fourth consecutive match, pushing their record to 5-1 (1-0 MAC Freedom).
Estefania Martinez-Sola recorded a double-double with 16 assists and 14 digs. The Caguas, P.R. native also added a team-high nine kills in the victory. Nicole Dallara narrowly missed a double-double with 10 digs and eight kills.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: Arcadia 25, FDU-Florham 13: The Knights began the match on an 11-2 run to take an early advantage in the opening set. After FDU-Florham cut the Arcadia lead to five, the Knights won eight of the final nine points to take a 1-0 lead in the match.
Set 2: Arcadia 25, FDU-Florham 18: FDU-Florham opened up a 12-6 lead in the middle set. Arcadia fought back to tie the set at 14. Down by two, the Knights won the final 10 points of the set to take a two set lead in the match.
Set 3: Arcadia 25, FDU-Florham 15: Arcadia opened the set on a 10-5 run, but FDU-Florham took six consecutive points, giving it an 11-10 lead. The Devils extended their lead to 13-12, but that would be the last lead they had as Arcadia went on a 13-2 run, which included an 11-0 run to close out the match and secure the sweep.
