GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's swim team took down Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) competition FDU-Florham with a score of 160-92 on Friday evening. The 800-yd freestyle relay team of Mikayla Scardino, Grace Brooks, Hannah Daniels and Claire Hamilton set a new Lenox Pool record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Scardino, Brooks, Daniels and Hamilton broke the 2021 Lenox Pool 800-yd freestyle relay record by almost 10 seconds with a time of 8:23.72.
- Grace Brooks swam to a new season best 100-yd backstroke time of 1:02.72, cutting 1.33 seconds off of her previous season best time against Misericordia
earlier this season. Brooks was also a part of the first place 200-yd medley relay team along with Risa Krauss, Olivia Hyde and Scardino
(1:56.01).
- Scardino
finished first in the 100-yd backstroke with a time of 1:02.22, just one second short of a new lifetime best. She also swam the 100-yd freestyle event in 55.87 seconds for a first place finish.
- Natalie Link earned the Knights 9 points in the 1000-yd freestyle event with a time of 11:52.59.
- Juliane Heller touched the wall first in the 100-yd breaststroke for a time of 1:16.54.
- Hamilton won the 50-yd freestyle (25.75), just one seconds short of a new season best time, as well as the 500-yd freestyle (5:40.26).
Arcadia Athletics recognized seniors Nicole Belber, Madyson Gray, Hamilton, Mackenzie Proetto, Emily Raedisch, and Maia Signore for their excellent swimming career as Arcadia Knights this evening.
