WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Arcadia University women's lacrosse team fell to Marymount, 18-6, on Wednesday afternoon.
Sarah Morris and
Ashley Starkey both scored twice for the Knights.
Olivia Poley and
Gianna DiNofa added a score each in the Arcadia defeat.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Marymount scored the opening goal of the game, but the Knights took a 2-1 lead through a goal each from Morris and Starkey. Marymount scored the next two goals of the quarter to take a 3-2 lead at the end of the opening quarter.
- The Saints opened the second frame with a goal, but Morris brought the Knights within one, 4-3, with her second score of the game. Marymount ended the quarter on a 7-1 run to take an 11-4 lead into halftime.
- Marymount outscored the Knights 7-2 over the final 30 minutes of play to win the game.
