GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team fell to Lycoming College 4-5 in its spring season opener on Saturday afternoon.
SINGLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 singles, Matthew Nagy fell to his opponent, 2-6, 1-6.
- At No. 2 singles, Francis Tamesis faught hard with a 4-6, 6-4, 1-6 loss.
- At No. 3 singles, Lee Conlu battled to a 5-7, 6-4, 1-6 defeat.
- At No. 4 singles, Brett Schneider took down Lycoming's Connor Albaugh 1-6, 6-3, 10-8.
- At No. 5 singles, David Cassel beat his opponent 6-4, 2-6, 10-4.
- At No. 6 singles, Ryan Salmon played to a 6-1, 2-6, 10-8 win.
DOUBLES RESULTS
- At No. 1 doubles, Tamesis/Conlu fell 5-8.
- At No. 2 doubles, Schneider/Nagy lost to their opponents 6-8.
- At No. 3 doubles, Cassel/Salmon played to a 8-6 win.
