GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team moved its record in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play to 3-0, defeating Misericordia University 16-13 at Jean Lenox West Field on Wednesday evening.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Billy Burton got the Knights on the board 36 seconds into the contest.
-Misericordia scored four straight to take a 4-1 lead with 7:40 left in the first quarter.
-Arcadia countered with five-consecutive scores to go up 6-4 with 10:42 left in the first half.
-The Knights outscored the Cougars 6-2 the remainder of the quarter, entering halftime holding a 12-7 advantage.
-Burton and
Justin Chinici netted the first two scores of the third to extend the lead to 14-7.
-Misericordia scored four straight to cut the lead to 14-11.

Kyle McLaughlin and
Landan Hajek finished the Knights scoring.

Nathaniel Hudgins made 12 saves to earn the victory.
