AMBLER - The No. 21 Arcadia University baseball team ended the 2023 season with a 6-2 loss to SUNY Brockport in the NCAA Division III Regionals on Saturday morning.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-SUNY Brockport scored in the bottom of the first on an error.

-The Golden Eagles took a 4-0 lead through five.

-Drew Pecorilli entered in the bottom of the sixth with the bases loaded and no outs, getting to fielder's choice force outs at the plate before coaxing a fly out to center to escape the jam.

-Matthew Sot singled, moved to second on an error, reached third on a flyout, and scored on a wild pitch to get the Knights on the board in the seventh.

-Brockport responded with a fifth run in the bottom of the seventh.

-Matt Donchez singled to center in the eighth scoring Emilio Pallante.

-The Golden Eagles added a final run in the bottom of the eighth.
