GLENSIDE - The Arcadia University women's soccer team reeled off four straight goals to defeat Delaware Valley 5-2 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play at Jean Lenox West Field on Saturday afternoon.

-The Knights improved to 7-9-1 overall and 2-2-1 in conference play.
-Delaware Valley fell to 2-13-1 and 0-5-0, respectively.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Delaware Valley got on the board in the fifth minute.
-
Emily Di Silverio tied the score in the 36th minute with an assist from
Kate Smilovic.
-After the Aggies regained the lead in the 53rd minute,
Abby Stephens knotted the score at two in the 62nd minute when she took a pass from
Alexis Rabold and ripped a laser into the top left corner.
-
Caroline Weirich gave Arcadia the lead for good in the 65th minute when she made a move around the defender and launched a perfect shot past the keeper.
-Rabold gave the Knights insurance in the 78th minute assisted by
Isabella Marcinkiewicz, and Weirich finished the scored in the 84th minute with a helper from Rabold.

Abby Fuchs made nine saves, including a highlight-reel stop on a penalty kick.
