GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University's women's volleyball team fell to Misericordia on Tuesday night.

The Knights are now 14-13 on the season and 3-3 in conference play.

ARCADIA 0, MISERICORDIA 3

HOW IT HAPPENED

Set 1: ARCADIA 18, MISERICORDIA 25

The Knights fell behind three points to start the set, but were able to respond with three straight tying it at 3-3. The Cougars were able to take the lead and Arcadia tailed by two. Misericordia was able to go on a run and in response, the Knights went on a 8-3 run making the score 17-21. The Cougars secured the first set.

Set 2: ARCADIA 15, MISERICORDIA 25

The second set was a highly contested set to start. This beginning of this set was a consistent back and forth between both teams. Misericordia was able to go on a run at the end of the frame and took the second set. 

Set 3: ARCADIA 22, MISERICORDIA 25

The Knights started with a quick two points. Arcadia went on a 5-1 run making the score 9-4. The Cougars were able to go on a run to take the lead. The Knights responded and tied the match at 12. Misericordia put some more points on the board, and Arcadia responded with three straight making the score 22-24. The Cougars secured the 3-0 win.
