YORK, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's swim team is currently in fourth place after day two of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship Meet with 455 points.
The Knights had two individual podium (top eight) finishes and two relay podium finish. They also recorded six personal best times and broke one program record in Friday night's session.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Olivia Hyde broke the program record with her third-place finish in the 100-yd butterfly. She swam the event in 1:00.09, this is a personal best by .37 seconds and broke the school record by .25 seconds.
- The 200-yd freestyle relay squad of
Brooke Boyd,
Hannah Daniels,
Julia Stephens, and
Mikayla Scardino earned silver medals with a time of 1:38.81.
- Stephens also earned a spot on the podium in the 200-yd freestyle with a lifetime best time of 1:57.70. She dropped .25 seconds from her time at the Misericordia Invite for this new best.
- The 400-yd medley relay team of Stephens,
Ava Despeaux, Hyde, and Scardino finished fourth with a time of 4:06.23.

Maggie Dent swam a personal record time of 5:19.65 in the 400-yd individual medley, dropping 8.49 seconds from her previous best from last season's MAC Championships.
- Boyd also recorded a personal best time in the 100-yd butterfly by .29 seconds (1:04.45).

Kylie Perry earned herself a lifetime best time of 2:05.44 in the 200-yd freestyle, cutting 1.55 seconds off her previous time.

Maddie Farrelly also went a personal best time of 2:07.55 in the 200-yd freestyle finals.

The Knights return to action tomorrow for day three of the MAC Championship meet. Session one begins at 9:30am and session two at 5:30pm.
