YORK, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's swim team is currently in fourth place after day three of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship Meet with 714 points.
The Knights had four individual podium (top eight) finishes and one relay podium finish. They also recorded seven personal best times in Saturday night's session.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Julia Stephens earned a silver medal in the 100-yd backstroke with a time of 58.90.

Mikayla Scardino swam the 100-yd backstroke in 59.20 for a fourth-place finish and a new lifetime best time by .24 seconds.

Grace Brooks earned a spot on the podium with a seventh-place finish in the 100-yd backstroke with a time of 1:01.32.

Kayleigh Kennedy placed sixth in the 200-yd butterfly with a personal best time of 2:17.35, by over 10 seconds.

Maggie Dent went a personal best time of 2:40.51 in the 200-yd butterfly, dropping almost seven seconds from her previous best time.

Gigi Brown swam a lifetime best time of 1:06.45 in the 100-yd backstroke by 1.84 seconds.

Juliane Heller earned a personal best time in the 100-yd breaststroke with a time of 1:10.35, cutting .32 seconds off of her previous best time.

Erin Dunphy (1:15.22) and
Rylie Pellegrino (1:16.35) both recorded lifetime bests in the 100-yd breaststroke. Dunphy by .69 seconds and Pellegrino by .11 seconds.
- The 800-yd freestyle relay team of
Brooke Boyd, Kennedy, Brooks, and
Olivia Hyde finished in sixth place with a time of 8:15.18.

The Knights return to action tomorrow for the final day of the MAC Championship meet. Session one begins at 9:30am and session two at 5:30pm.
