READING, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's cross country team competed in the Plex Shootout hosted by Alvernia University on Saturday.
The Knights had three more Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship qualifying performances and broke four program records.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Ben Williamson broke the program 5K record while meeting qualifying standards with a time of 16:15.48 for 11
th place.

Brendan Blyth qualified in the mile with a school record breaking time of 4:36.15 (seventh place).

Wesley Castelli qualified for MACs in the 400m run (53.51). He finished fourth overall in this event.

Matthew Schutz broke his own school record in the pole vault with a height of 4.05m for a fifth-place finish.

Myles Sams finished second overall in the 200m dash with a program record breaking time of 23.11.
