GWYNEDD VALLEY, Pa. - The Arcadia University baseball team ran its win streak to five with a 15-4 non-conference victory at Gwynedd Mercy University on Tuesday afternoon.
FOR THE RECORD
-Arcadia improved to 22-10 with the win.
-Gwynedd Mercy fell to 9-19.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-Arcadia opened the scoring in the top of the first with two runs on RBI's from
Matthew Sot and
Tommy Ajjan.
-After Gwynedd Mercy cut the lead in half,
Kevin Wheeler gave the Knights a 4-1 lead in the top of the second with a two-run single that scored
Emilio Pallante and
Eli Savitt.
-Arcadia broke the game open in the fourth with six runs as
Anthony Bruno,
Justin Massielo, Ajjan,
Solomon Griffith,
Gabe Diaz, and Wheeler all brought runs in.
-The Knights added a run in the fifth on a
Jet Cajigas single and three runs in the seventh from
Nick Bon Tempo and
Emilio Pallante to finish the scoring.

Jack Dovidio earned the win in relief.
