GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team dropped its Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) with No. 12 Stevens, 17-10, on Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field.
The Knights fell to 9-6 overall and 4-1 in conference play.
Billy Burton led the Knights attack with three goals and an assist.
Kyle McLaughlin and
Alex Adamczyk each added two goals for Arcadia.
Nathaniel Hudgins got the start in goal for Arcadia and made 14 saves.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights had a hot start, scoring three of the first four goals of the game. Stevens got the last two goals of the opening quarter to tie the score at three.
- Stevens extended its run, scoring the first two goals of the second quarter, but Andrew Borum ended the run, getting Arcadia back within a goal. The teams traded the next two goals, but the Ducks scored four of the next five goals to take a 10-6 lead into halftime.
- Stevens scored the opening goal of the second half, but the Knights got the next three to get within two goals at 11-9. The Ducks found the back of the net twice before the end of the frame to take a 13-9 lead into the fourth quarter.
- The Ducks outscored Arcadia, 4-1, in the final frame to take the conference win.
