PHILADELPHIA, PA. – The Arcadia University men's outdoor track and field team competed in the 4x100m relay, 4x400m relay and the triple jump at the Penn Relays on Friday.
The men's 4x400m relay set a new program record.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The 4x400m squad of
Bryan Carroll,
Robert Carter,
Ramses Valera, and
Wesley Castelli recorded a time of 3:31.41 to break their own program record by .58 seconds today.
- The 4x100m relay of
Masai Pines-Elliott, Carter, Carroll, and
Myles Sams ran their race in 43.43 seconds which was their second fastest time this season.
- Sams also competed in the triple jump and recorded a best distance of 13.87.
