GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team closed out the regular season with an 8-7 loss to DeSales on Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field.
The Knights fell to 10-7 overall and 5-2 in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) play.
Tristan Johnson had a game-high three goals in the Arcadia defeat.
Lukas Santore added two goals for the Knights.
A.J. Dominguez was 7-for-9 in the faceoff circle in the game.
Nathaniel Hudgins got the nod in net for Arcadia and made 12 saves. He also joined the attack in the late stages of the game and scored a goal.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Johnson scored the lone goal of the opening quarter as the Knights led 1-0 after the opening 15 minutes.
- DeSales answered with a strong second quarter, outscoring Arcadia 4-0 in the frame to take a 4-1 lead into halftime.
- The Knights answered back with a strong third quarter, scoring four of the five goals in the frame. The teams were tied at five heading into the final 15 minutes of play.
- The Bulldogs won the final quarter, 3-2, to win the game.
